Statley Holmes We recently had understairs storage installed by Statley Holmes in Whitefield, Manchester, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From the initial consultation right through to completion, Steph, Phil and the entire team were outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and workmanship were first-class from start to finish. The design made fantastic use of what was previously wasted space under our stairs. The finished installation looks like it was always part of the house rather than something added afterwards. The quality of the craftsmanship is exceptional, with every detail finished to a very high standard. One of the standout features is the push-to-open doors, which give the storage a sleek, modern, and seamless appearance. There are no visible handles, creating a clean and stylish finish that blends perfectly with the surrounding décor. The doors operate effortlessly and the whole unit feels incredibly solid and well-built. What impressed me most was the care and pride the team took in their work. They kept everything tidy throughout, turned up when they said they would, and clearly wanted to deliver a product they could be proud of. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine great customer service with such a high standard of workmanship. The additional storage space has completely transformed how we use the area, providing a practical solution without compromising on appearance. Steph and Phil were brilliant from start to finish with creating the perfect contemporary staircase for us. We had 2 flights of stairs for our new build and every detail was finished to perfection, from the tread lighting, handrail to the colour matching to our bespoke doors, everything was just right. Very impressed with Statley Homes service and work. Had a very awkward I internal wall which I would not have been able to fathom myself so letting the experts handle was definitely the right decision. Just had my new stairs supplied and fitted by Phil and the team at Statley Holmes. From the first time he came out to measure to the final instalment of the stairs everything he said they would do they did. The lads that fitted the stairs were polite and friendly and turned up everyday on time and at the end of the day they left the house spotless. Staircase has transformed our house from our old dated 1. Quality is superb and Phil and Stephanie were a pleasure to deal with. Fitters were on time, and courteous. Highly recommend. Also a shout out to Nick who did originally survey. Communication was brilliant every step of the way

Statley Holmes renovated our staircase this week and the difference is amazing. The wood looks lovely after our 1960s staircase. They were very polite and efficient and tidied everything away afterwards. Would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about having their staircase revamped.

Just had new glass staircase fitted took me long time looking around for some one to do the work am very pleased that Staley Holmes came to my attention after short phone call a appointment was made for Phil to come and measure and priced work to be done this was agreed by email and work started on date agreed all work was done to a very high standard the lads done the work were very friendly and work was completed on time myself and my wife are amazed at the different would like to thank all involved and would recommend this company for there outstanding work and customer service. From the initial enquiry to the final installation, Statley Holmes were professional, efficient and helpful. The installer arrived on time, started work straight away and worked his socks off. My family and I were going away for the weekend, I left the key with him with confidence that the house would be left secure.
